Time Changes for Route 23: Millertown
The Knoxville Transportation Authority recently approved some minor timepoint adjustments for Route 23, including changes that will allow us to serve Broadway Towers more consistently and frequently.

These changes will become effective on Monday, June 4, 2012.
NEW Trolley Stop
The Gay Street trolley line will no longer stop on Gay Street by the Flower Pot; instead, the stop will be located just past Church Avenue, in front of the old KUB (green brick) building. In addition, both the Vol Line and Downtown Loop lines will use this new stop rather than stopping on Church Avenue just before Gay Street.
Interline Transfer Procedure and Trip Definition
The purpose of creating a formal trip definition and interline transfer procedure is to create clarity and consistency of service to all passengers. These became effective on January 2, 2012.Download pdf for details on both the Trip Definition and Interline Transfer Procedure.
