Garth Brooks at Neyland Stadium
Use Fixed Route to get to (and From) the Garth Brooks concert on Saturday, November 16
To help fans get there, Knoxville Area Transit has created Passenger Playbooks: special color-coded cheat sheets to get to and from the concert using five key routes. The special ‘Passenger Playbooks’ include information on travel time, where to catch the bus along the route, cost, and how to get back after the concert.
Passenger Playbooks have been created for routes along the following corridors (click on each one for detailed information):
All routes connect over to Cumberland, putting fans just two blocks from the stadium.
The 5 Routes listed above will provide an additional late night trip to be sure concert goers are able to return home.
- The last bus heading Downtown (inbound) will leave Cumberland @ Phillip Fulmer Way at 12 a.m.
- All 5 Routes will leave the Knoxville Station Transfer Station at 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, November 17 for their final trip (outbound). Buses will not returning to Knoxville Station.
- Please note: the KATbus Tracker app and next bus arrival texting feature will not be able to provide accurate information after 11:15 p.m.
Cost of the Rides: Day Passes
For passengers going to the concert, KAT recommends purchasing a Day Pass: The $4 pass ($2 for seniors 65 and older, persons with disabilities, and students age 18 and under with proper ID) provides unlimited rides all day on all bus routes.
To avoid last minute issues, we recommend passengers buy their day passes at Knoxville Station’s Customer Service Counter, 301 Church Avenue prior to the concert. You may also purchase a single ride ticket for $1.50 when you board the bus.
